We recently hired this company for a home remodeling project, and while the finished work was okay, the overall experience was disappointing. One of the most frustrating issues was that they cut shower panels directly on top of our brand-new laminate flooring, damaging several tiles. Although they later replaced the damaged sections using our spare materials, they did not offer to reimburse us for those materials. The biggest issue, however, was their unprofessional conduct around payment. At no point were we informed that payment would be required immediately upon completion or that failure to pay on the spot would result in them threatening to rip out the completed work. My partner, who was the only one home during the job, let them know he had to leave for class. While he was in his lecture, they repeatedly called and messaged him saying that the job was done—but unless they recieved payment within 15 minutes of texting him, they would tear everything out. We've worked with many contractors throughout our remodel, and none have behaved this way. Most are comfortable finishing the job and billing us afterward. This kind of pressure and lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this company to others.

Mendor and Patrick were great to work with. They installed an entertainment center and built in book shelf. The price was very reasonable and they were able to complete the job quickly. They were professional and had the attention to detail I appreciate and expect. I will definitely reach out to them again for future projects.

Mendor and his team installed a Trex deck off our back door and did a fantastic job.  They were very respectful, flexible, hardworking, and accommodating to any request we made during the project.  They completed a major project in just over a week and even worked in inclement weather.  I was impressed by their level of dedication and focus on the job; you can tell they give everything they have to build a quality product and aren't working multiple jobs at once.  Mendor and his team are highly skilled and professionals that I wouldn't hesitate to hire again for a future job.

I can’t say enough good things about Mendor and MP Home Repairs. My front steps broke and needed to be redone quickly. I spoke with Mario, who set up a time to provide an estimate for the next day. He and Mendor listened to exactly what I wanted, offered a more than reasonable quote, and were able to complete the work the day after, as promised. The steps came out beautiful and even better than I expected. Home repairs are usually stressful, but this experience was as good as it gets.

I just bought a house and my renters left tons of stains, scratches and dirt on the walls. I hired MP Home Repairs to give everything a few coats of paint to start with a clean apartment. The whole process was great. As soon as I submitted my project they scheduled to come have a look the next morning. They gave me a competitive estimate on the spot and we scheduled the work for the same week. They did an excellent and very clean job! My house has a lot of trims and details so I was very happy with the results! I will hire them again for my second apartment downstairs in a few months. Definitely recommend!
