I’m so pleased to recommend Exterior Pro Builders. They were thoroughly professional and on top of every detail of my re-roofing job. I chose to use hand split cedar shakes on my tall 18th century gambrel-roofed house. The challenges of the house and the materials were no problem for Exterior Pro Builders. They got everything right regarding underlayments, fasteners and flashing. And they took time with even the fine details. I never had such a happy experience with a building contractor. Just hire them!

My initial meeting with Billy Vaninwegen went really well. He was very personable, obviously an experienced pro and very knowledgeable. Marco Malla, the owner, oversaw the entire project, communicated often and always kept me in the loop regarding their schedule. His team did an amazing job replacing my roof and completed it in just a few days, meticulously cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Exterior Pro Builders. You won't be disappointed.

Exterior Pro Builders were the best and easiest company I have ever dealt with for any construction project. The crews were professional, the office staff was incredible and the price was very reasonable. I had multiple quotes for the same work and theirs was the best. I even had changes along the way and they were able to make it happen. I would highly recommend you look into hiring them!

Manager and Crew did an excellent job. They came when they stated they would. Stayed until the job was complete. Cleaned up where you never knew they had been there. Office staff (Alexis) was knowledgeable and kind. A pleasure to work with the entire team.

Alexis, the office manager, ensured constant communication throughout the entire administrative and scheduling process. Marco, the owner of the company, was amazing. Not only was he on-site through-out the entire roof replacement job, he is a true professional and an honest business man. During the installation, he noticed a color variation in the shingles caused by multiple lot numbers from the supplier. He immediately pointed out the issue to me and without hesitation had his team rip-off the shingles that had already been installed and start the job over again. I highly recommend Marco and his team to anyone in need of a roof installation. I have a second roof replacement project in the near future and will definitely use Exterior Pro Builders.
