Roy and his men Alan and Adam did the best job I have ever had from any contractor. The house and deck had deteriorated badly, and needed a lot of remedial work including deck board and rail replacement, reconstruction, heavy sanding, stripping and re-staining/repainting. They did an awesome job in each category, and managed to get the job done at the end of the season before the snow flew. The place now shines, and looks like a new house.

Hired Roy to power wash the house in preparation for painting it and his team did an excellent job. Quick, efficient, done well, and at a fair price.

Roy did a great job at a fair price. à ¦ We hired Roy to take down a double deck that was storm damaged and rebuild the covered porch /decking and new balcony.. Roy was able to salvage material for reuse which lowered our cost. He started the job as promised and finished in a timely manner. We had a little bump in the road but Roy addressed it promptly to our satisfaction. We would hire Roy for future jobs.

It was a pleasure working with Rocky. He replaced and painted our second floor deck with brand new decking and railing. Rocky was prompt and clear with communication, and punctual with his start time. Weâ re very happy with the result and would recommend Rockyâ s services.

Roy talked a lot and didnâ  t deliver at all. I have pictures of all the bad work and my family and I expressed our concerns several times and he never fixed the multitude of issues. Paint is very uneven, holes either not patched at all or you can tell where the holes were, paint wasnâ  t taped off properly so there spill over, bathroom was not re-caulked properly and doesnâ  t look like anything was done in there. We paid him the majority upfront and after multiple times telling him the issues with the work and showing him he just wanted to receive the full payment and said you can give me a bad review, essentially giving up but wanting full payment. My sister paid him but I most definitely wouldnâ  t have and would take him to court but I am not located anywhere near the area. There is proof of everything that happened.

Roy and his crew are great, arrived early in the day and the pay as you go routine he has, was easy. Work quality was excellent and I expanded the work he did to another project. Very versatile and his workers are personable and don't waste anytime getting the job done.

We hired Roy and his crew to repair a deck and rebuild portions of it. He has done incredible work. First and foremost, he's put the quality of construction and it's longevity first in the priority list. Once that was assured, he went about suggesting great ways to save me money. From the lumber we used to the structure of the deck and stairs, Roy had great suggestions. He and his crew worked autonomously, so I would recommend them to anyone who just wants a crew who will "get it done", but he was also extremely patient with me - a homeowner who wants to be a bit more involved than that. He'd review the work he did for me, and review his next steps any time I asked, and was willing to make changes on the fly to get us what we needed. Cant say how much I appreciate that way of working. As work progressed, Roy provided financial details and ensured that every step of the way we were communicating, documenting details, and on the same page with regard to budget. Cant ask for more than that. I highly recommend Roy, and would be glad to provide more detail and a verbal reference to any of his future customers. I will absolutely hire him and his team again for more work over time.

I was skeptical at first when Roy asked for the estimated cost of time and materials up front, but everything turned out great and I am very pleased. Not only did he do an excellent job replacing the posts that support my deck, but he sent me a refund check for the money he did not use!

Roy with his crew, Allen and Mathew did an incredible job removing ceiling tiles and installing new sheet rock. Lots of attention to detail, always showed up on time and great clean up after the job. I will certainly be hiring them for other projects.

Service provider should be honest and upfront. A handwritten contract is not acceptable.

Roy and Crew repaired the siding on my home and garage. The garage had a lot of rot and needed to be raised and repaired. Roy and Crew raised and repaired the garage repairing the framing, structure and siding. They also repaired the siding on my home, damaged by a previous contractors poor power washing skills. I also had Roy and Crew scrape and paint my home and garage. They did excellent work and preformed it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to any one needing home repair/ maintenance.

Royâ s inspiring work ethic is second to none and his finished work product is a reflection of that ethic. I highly recommend him for his dedication to the task at hand as well as his vast collection of remembrances.
