With plans to buy an investment property in the Hudson Valley, as an out-of-state buyer, we did careful research to select a Buyer’s Agent who would represent us well. Trevor Moran exceeded every expectation, and little did we know that our journey would take several bizarre and unexpected paths. Throughout the process, Trevor demonstrated supreme professionalism and patience. His role with us ran the spectrum of a highly experienced and intuitive realtor, to a little bit of therapist! There were times when we just got on the phone and laughed at the absurdity of our experiences. Over the course of our search, Trevor was a trusted advisor, highly responsive and had an uncanny ability to read the market and players. His negotiation skills, knowledge of contracts and ethics were beyond reproach. After a year, he helped us find and secure the perfect home. I got VERY lucky when John Peterson agreed to work with me. He has a great understanding of historic houses, and constantly impressed me by noticing 'old house issues' and having a clear sense of what it would take to fix them (both engineering-wise and financially). He understood what I was looking for, kept in close contact throughout the process, and made sure I didn't miss any interesting new listings that fit my criteria. I knew I could count on his perspective and honesty, and he went way above and beyond the call of duty many times, even calling 9 home inspectors until he found one who could come out at the very last minute. That allowed us to meet a nearly impossible deadline. Besides his project management experience and construction knowledge, John is also a really great and trustworthy person. Going to see potential properties together was always very comfortable. John is open-minded, comfortable with all sorts of people, smart, and kind. He helped us navigate a very complicated situation effectively and I'm not sure another realtor would have been able to pull off this complicated sale. I'm recommending him to everyone I know!

Trevor Moran and his associates did an excellent job selling our mother's home in Catskill, NY…from helping us decide on a price, to marketing (his photos were outstanding!), to holding an open house and negotiating with potential buyers. John Peterson is a wonderful real estate agent and human being. He is incredibly responsive and available. He is a good listener and really thinks about what your needs are and what to show you accordingly. He goes above and beyond, and being new to area he has connected with lots of people to get opinions on school districts, neighborhoods, etc. I trust him immensely, and he really goes the extra mile to do the research and negotiate on your behalf. John Peterson was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of looking for and purchasing a new home. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

John was very responsive, always followed through on answering questions, doing what needed to be done. When I needed inspections done and I was not able to be there, John made sure he was there and informed me of how the inspection went. Sellers decided to get a divorce two days before we were supposed to set a closing date and stopped cooperating with sale. John kept in constant contact with sellers agent and helped resolved the situation. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a house or property.

Trevor has now helped me buy or sell three properties. I HIGHLY recommend him. Most recently, I decided to investigate and then move after happening to walk by a cute, small house in downtown historic Hudson that was for sale. I called Trevor to navigate the purchase with me - and am glad I did, when a competing bid arose at the last minute. His advice was invaluable and I was able to secure the new house. While that was going on, Trevor advised me on the potential sale of my existing house in Hudson. While some fixing up was necessary, he was able to coach me on what was essential to do and what in fact the new owner might prefer to do. Within a day or two of signing my listing contract with Trevor, he had my existing house online and on the market. And after only 2 days on the market, he secured me a full ask offer! A bit of good fortune too, yes, but skillfully thought through and executed by Trevor. He then helped me to stagger and schedule the two closings with only a week-10 days between them, such that I had time to move, but only a short time having to cover carrying costs for both properties. Trevor is a real professional - knowledgeable and thoughtful - and a kind soul to work with. Highly recommend!

For the past 5 years we were searching for a home in Hudson, New York. We decided to work with Andrew and Trevor Moran in January 2021. Within a month they helped us find a home and we went into contract shortly thereafter. Our new home located on Roxbury Road is near a nature preserve, the Agawamuck Creek and the High Falls waterfall. To say we are extremely happy is an understatement. They were knowledgeable.
