- M Johnson ContractingWe hired Matt for an addition of a great room and kitchen remodel (which ended up being an entire ground floor remodel) and Wow! Matt and his team (big shout out to Tony!) truly took our dream and made it a reality. At first we had met with a few other contractors who came in with sky high quotes that would have given us a simple addition with basic materials. Matt came through with a MUCH better quote including premium finishes and some original ideas on top of what we had in mind that we NEVER thought would be possible on our budget. Through the whole process, Matt, his team and everyone he brought in were extremely professional, courteous, clean and talented. Every time a big part of the project was completed I was blown away with the results. We even threw a curveball when our second child came a week early, but they stepped up and got a ton of work done so we could return to a livable space. At the end of the day we got everything on our wish list and even some things we didn’t even think we could wish for! We could not be happier with the outcome of the project! - Crowther ConstructionVery well! Dave showed up when he said he would, called when he was delayed. He was flexible with small changes, asked to make sure he was doing what I wanted and promptly addressed any concerns I had. He understood what work needed to be done for the quartz counter top installation. The back splash turned out very well and that was important to me. He was working a couple of other jobs at the same time, but that was OK because that allowed me time to tweek the back splash design after the counters were installed. The LED under, over and inside cabinet lighting was a custom job and Dave was flexible and did more than I expected on it

This was a huge 8-month job with the variety of complications and required changes an old house can throw at you; throughout the process Craig and Jerry offered excellent design suggestions, collaborated very well with our architects, worked diligently to stay on budget, and each day demonstrated craftsmanship and professionalism of the highest level. C&J’s team of subcontractors and designers are excellent too. These people are the best the building trade has to offer: conscientious, skilled, creative, and a pleasure to work with. - Correll Contracting CorpWonderful. I searched extensively for a licensed, insured company to coat my low slope roof. Fortunately, I found Correll Contracting. They inspected the roof, made minor repairs, and coated it with an aluminum product that I requested. Best of all, when the job took less time than estimated, they reduced the amount of my contract. I recommend Correll Contracting most highly
- Hinman ConstructionWe found Hinman Construction online as we were looking for someone in our area. They responded to our request right away. The Hinmans work as a team with Kim on the creative side and Jami with the actual construction. Kim will draw up plans based on your ideas and take you shopping for the items needed. She has wonderful ideas and is so helpful when selecting your fixtures. She really makes you think about everything. Jami has a crew working with him but he is always there and does most of the work himself. He oversees everything and treats your project like he was doing it for his own home. We were so pleased with our first project we decided to have them come back to do our floors/doors/banister. Jami and his crew work well together and are very neat and clean. I did not have to do a thing when they left each day. Jami was so creative in giving me the banister I hope for along with beautiful floors and all new doors upstairs! Our family room has always been the coldest room in our split level home. We decided to have Jami come back to remodel this room for us. He is currently working on the project now. The old paneling has been removed and new insulation has been applied to the exterior walls. We have a 1/2 bath next to the family room and we are having him replace the tiolet and vanity. Kim was so kind to take me take me shopping for the right fixtures to blend in with the existing tile. He will have this project done in a week. We would highly recommend Hinman Construction to anyone interested in updating their home

"Correll Contracting Corp. of Gloversville installed a new bi-level roof on my home this June, 2016. I am extremely pleased with the job itself. What I am even more pleased with is the crew that did the work. Watching how they worked says a lot about the company they work for. Not only did the crew leave the property clean as it was when they got there, they went beyond that. I watched as they went around the house with a cleaner wiping down any marks that might have been made by an old shingle falling. They went over the lawn with a magnet to get any nails and then they looked it over twice more. The thing that impressed me most was, at the end of the job when the last ladder was going back on the truck, the foreman stopped them from loading the last ladder. He stood the ladder up to the highest roof because he did not like the straightness of the drip edge. It looked straight to me, but he was seeing something I didn’t. He went back up and adjusted the edge until he was happy with it and then left. During the job, they removed siding and put it back up without a single break in it. Everything is straight and level. All of the edgings were perfect around chimneys and pipes. Management came after the job and went over the entire thing inspecting it. I cannot say enough good things about the crew and Correll. They are a real quality organization.

"Matt did a great job remodeling our kitchen! The remodel was on time and on budget. Matt's team even helped with the design and we were able to switch the backsplash to a different tile last minute. Matt also caught that one portion of the countertops were installed wrong (they were installed by a third party) and had them come back ASAP to correct it - I never would have noticed it. I highly recommend M Johnson Contracting - trustworthy and easy to work with!

"We needed our front steps replaced. We contacted Mario at Pantalone Construction and he came the next day to see what we needed done. He discussed with us what should be done. We had also talked with two other contractors. Mario impressed us with his knowledge and how he would do the job. He listened to what we were saying. He was very careful with plants near the steps, careful with our lawn and did a great job cleaning up after. The two other workers along with Mario were pleasant, professional and good workers. I would highly recommend Mario and Pantalone Construction. We are very happy with our new steps!!
