Just Right Heating & Cooling

This was a very difficult repair because the boiler is located in a hallway closet in center of the house. In order to get to the defective part he had to take the chimney out. He put in a new part and tested it and it worked great - for a couple hours. When I walked back in I noticed that it was cold again. I called him around 8:30 p.m. he came back and checked and determined that the replacement part was defective. He called the company he got it from and went out to get a new replacement. Then had to go thru the whole process again, remove the chimney, take out the defective part put in the newest one, replace the chimney and test. It was completed after midnight. Success.

Mike installed a toe kick heater that required multiple joints in tight space. All of his work was neat and pricing was fair. Mike took the time to explain the scope of the project and provided excellent service.

There seemed to be a problem with the new air conditioner and they stayed on top of the problem until it was solved. They were courteous and friendly and answered all our questions. They hauled all the old items away and left the workplace neat. I would hire them again,
