My furnace broke on Thursday night, so I called for a quote on Friday afternoon, thinking that I might be able to have them take a look sometime on the weekend. They initially scheduled me for Saturday afternoon, but I got a call later saying that they were in the area and could swing by that same day (Friday). Chris, the owner, and Austin came by, took a look, and got me a quote for a repair, a basic replacement, and a deluxe replacement. My wife and I called around 9:00 that evening, requesting the basic replacement, and they were able to get it done by early Saturday afternoon.
