I hired them to open my pool, which in my past experience was to have the covered removed and put away, have it vacuumed and put in chemicals and be able be to swim within a few days, if not they would come back and do what they had to do to get it clean. They came quickly and took the cover off, dumped the chemicals and left. I was told he would he come back and check on it few days. I had to contact them after 5 days because the pool was still dark green. I was charged for additional â service callâ to pay for what I thought was included in opening my pool. 5 days later it is still green. So I guess I will try and figure this out myself I gave them a 3 because they were friendly and efficient but I donâ t feel like I got what I paid for

I actually don't know where to start. Kris came out to give us a quote on a new pool liner. Within the hour he was there he replaced our pool motor that was damaged by recent heavy rain, fixed a leak from the pool line to filter, fixed our drooping liner from the rim in several places and said we still had several years before replacing our liner. What salesman does that? When he left, my husband said did this just happen? We wanted Kris to move in and fixed everything in our house. Needless to say, we were blown away by his professionalism and experience to fix all issues. We highly recommend Kris and will definitely go to him if anything else arises.

Fast and efficient

I am absolutely in love this company! After contacting them, the owner, Kris, came over quickly. He is professional, honest and extremely personable. Also, my pool never looked so good!

They did an awesome job. Really thorough and explained all steps to me. We are first time pool owners so I appreciate the education.
