Additionally, his crew did not protect my home while working and they ended up making unnecessary messes (example: soot coating my living room while chimney sweeping) and they broke a basement window while chucking bricks from the roof with no shoot/slide for the bricks. Thankfully no one was outside the home and there were no injuries. In the end, Mark made it right and the results are great but the process was not ideal."
