When Anthony from Four Winds Masonry and Chimney came to meet us, he impressed us by his knowledge and experience of chimneys and his attention to our thoughts and concerns. He proposed a lift rather than scaffolding that could scar our new roof and offered to bring samples of bricks that most closely matched out existing chimney. He also seemed delighted to have an artistic challenge. The work took 4 days, as he said, and we are thrilled with the results which add to the look of the house. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "The final outcome was impeccable, however the process was a bit painful. Mark is a very busy man and I get that, but sometimes getting timely responses are painful. Additionally, his crew did not protect my home while working and they ended up making unnecessary messes (example: soot coating my living room while chimney sweeping) and they broke a basement window while chucking bricks from the roof with no shoot/slide for the bricks. Thankfully no one was outside the home and there were no injuries. In the end, Mark made it right and the results are great but the process was not ideal."
