Alex showed up right on time--maybe even a minute or 2 early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually probably did a bit more area than was part of the special without me even asking. When finished, Alex checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied and even offered to come back if I noticed any ares that had not come clean. No need for that as he did a great job even getting out some spots/stains that we had been unable to get out with those spray carpet cleaners.
