We've used Oriental Rug Care team for 6 years. With kids and pets our Chinese rugs get pretty dirty and need to be cleaned almost every year. Specialized does a great job every time. Good people, great quality and a fair price.

Wow! The crew here are fantastic! Very professional, knowledgable, thorough, personable. A disrespectful tenant left a rental in a disastrous state. The crew informed me which carpets should not be cleaned because they would never be right and did a great job on those that could be cleaned. He responded to questions thoroughly and even offered additional guidance on all my concerns after he left the property! Great company! I'll definitely be using them again!

We have had several rugs cleaned and repaired here over last three years or so.. Always great work at a reasonable price. A year ago, One of our rugs from the 1940s had some bad moth damage and the representative said that they could have someone re-weave the damaged areas but the repairs would cost more than the rug was worth. He recommended we clean and moth-proof the rug and use the rug in such a location that the damage was not obvious. So, that is what we did. We really appreciate!!

I had an emergency spill on an oriental rug that was given to me by my mother. Oriental Rug Care got me a same day appointment. They were fast, efficient and professional. The technician made extra effort and successfully removed the stain, and the whole carpet looked like new. Highly recommend.
