We had already been experiencing some issues and had changed out filters ourselves and had called kappas that came out to look and didn?t charge us to do so. So Sunday with no water we called and were told someone would be there Monday morning to check. Two workers came and discovered our well pump had died. We were quoted at a cost of 6500-8500 to replace (which after some research have discovered that quote is outrageous). They started to pull out our pump but a few minutes later told us it was stuck and they would need a different machine but because of where our pump was in vicinity of power lines they wanted their boss to come and take a look. He came later that afternoon and after looking around told us the only way he could fix our pump was if we allowed him to p"
