"Well, we were informed that we needed to put down 1100.00 deposit when the service person who came out to give us an estimate mentioned a minimal amount as a deposit. So i wondered,"Is this another race thing!?" Is this an example of a business requiring the African American family put down way more money than the average "White" customer? So i asked the Manager (Mike), "What is the normal amount asked to put down?" He attempted to explain and stated that he dropped it down to 500.00 since the service guy didn't inform us of the deposit fee amount normally charged. I mentioned that I'm asking to determine if this is a business that I want to spend my hard earned money with! Do you know what the manager says!? Well, It's not the end of the world if you decide not Not want us to do the JOB!" Who does That!? In my opinion, he just blatantly confirmed that my green money is NOT welcome since I have Ebony hands/skin!!" And I DO believe We were discriminated against and required to put down MORE money since we're Black people!! SMH!! Is this 2022 or 1922!? It wasn't the money, we can afford to pay the entire balance outright! It's the principle. Then again, it's not hard to imagine racism and/or discrimination since the website has zero people displayed, that look like us! I guess they really Don't like our "kind". And that's fine. I don't like their kind of bigotry and I definitely Won't give them MY money and will tell anybody that I know how it might be a good idea to spoend your money with someone who respects and values You!!"

"A spring broke on our garage door leaving the door stuck down. I called Felluca a few minutes before 500pm requesting help. Since we didn't need the cars that night, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Right at the appointment time, the Felluca repairman showed up. The repairman discussed the pro's and con's of replacing both springs as they were of the same age. It made sense and I had him go ahead and do it. The repair was made quickly and garage door inspected and found to be working correctly. I could not have asked for faster or more courteous service."
