The installers were extremely proffesional, nice and courteous. They started off with an initial plan of action and sprung right into work. They did an awesome job every aspect of it was done with the utmost care and concern for my needs and the finished product was great, the clean up eas great as well, you would have never known they were there.

The Broad Shield Security team was incredible throughout this process! We did a diligent walkthrough the property. On the day we reviewed what was expected and the delivered 100%. They were always there to help troubleshoot any issues I was having post installation (Spectrum was the reason I was having any issues- everything is resolved and I am very happy). This team was extreamly professional and courteous of my time. They cleaned up after themselves more than any contractor I have dealt with. Their pricing was very competitive! I cannot say enough good things about them! I will be using them on all my properties. As a property manager they make my work so much easier. There is no bait and switch with them or pushy up sales. They are my go to team!

They guy came see the job give me a quote on the price and he take about a week to come back and start a job he said it was professional but he sent to me two of his installer that take long to do the work so I 4 star .. that job should take 2 to 3 days to to be finish but they take today is Monday about 6 days now just just getting finish ..

The project manager that the company assigned to me was a very courteous and knowledgeable professional who went out of his way to accommodate my needs. The team that installed the system for my house seemed to know exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the outcome. I am still learning how to operate the system and whenever I call the company for help, they give me their undivided attention.
