I hired this company to upgrade a system that I already had but was having so many problems with it. This company came right in and upgraded the system and we are very happy with the new system. As a matter of fact we will be calling them back to add on to it. They came on time, very respectful to our property and left the place clean. He took time out with us to walk us through thoroughly with the programming. I do recommend this company.

I appreciated the fact that he came out after working hours. I was having trouble getting the mount on the wall and he accomplished that. However, he did not properly secure my tv to the mount. He continued to tell me that my mount did not have a tilt function even though I insisted that it did. After he left, I realized that it was not on properly and he didn t bother to use the securement screw. I took it off, saw the problem and voila, it tilted back and forth seamlessly and it is now safely installed with the securement screw.
