"I put in a request for a quote for windows and David Apgar from Apgar construction was the only contractor recommended. When he came to give me an estimate he told me he could save me 20% if I didn't go through Angie's and then I signed a contract with him and put down a deposit for materials. He never actually ordered windows or showed up when he was scheduled. Now after a year I have filed a complaint with BBB and gotten a partial refund and took him to small claims court and won my case for a full refund which I still have not received. I am just hoping to add a review for him or report him for fraud so he cannot keep doing the same thing to other customers."

When considering whether to paint your house yourself, weigh two major factors. One is time. The larger your home, the more time and energy you'll spend painting it to ensure a quality result that you're satisfied with.
