These cameras have provided us an extra sense of safety beyond our original reason for installing them. During storms, we can easily see what damage (if any) was done around our yard. We can look to see who is at the door before we answer it. We can look at the 3 gates in the dog kennel, to be sure they are closed before we let the dogs outside. We can see the beautiful mums blooming on the side of the house, that previously we could only enjoy if we walked outside and walked to that side of the house. And while I'm away at work, I find extra comfort in being able to look at the home cameras, and be comforted that everything is "ok". When I've shown other people this system, they remark at the clarity of the cameras. You really won't be disappointed with this product or this company ... at least our family isn't."

"The appt was set up, they called to verify time the day before. The installer arrived on time, told me about how long it would take, told me the steps he would take. . We discussed where the disk would be located. We discussed where I wanted the cable to come through through the wall or the floor, where I wanted my computer locainstallation went smoothly. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
