The crew was great. Total install at my home including taking down my old TV antenna. Some of my channels were in and out. Now all are solid plus many more I didn’t get before… 67 total OTA channels. Total time was about 3 hours. I would highly recommend Custom Security and Communications for your TV antenna needs.

The job done was outstanding! Every phase was completed meticulously. I had a 65” tv installed with wall mount, sound bar, had sub woofer installed, including extensive electrical work. Additional circuits and updated modem were installed in the basement. All work was completed to perfection. The workers were friendly and conscientious, they cleaned every work area. I have full confidence in them and their work. I will be calling them for other jobs in future.

I had an antenna that I was using indoors but wanted it to be installed on my roof to get better reception of the Buffalo channels. I applied on Angi?s website and they put me in touch on with Custom Security & Communication Systems, Inc. Norm and Tyler came early for the appointment for the custom installation. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to hire them. My antenna was quickly but professionally installed on a tall mast on my roof. I can now get excellent reception of all 13 Buffalo channels. To my pleasant surprise I could also get all 8 Toronto channels! I was extremely pleased with the installation, especially when the results were beyond my expectations realizing that I could now get 21 channel plus all their subchannels. I would very highly recommend Custom Security to anyone!

I called them yesterday and they completed the work this morning. Their work is neat, complete and professional. Norm is experienced, he shares his knowledge, and is principled!

Did great work, my Tv now gets twice as many channels as I got before. It was a little pricey, but they did fast, and professional work.

The installation was professionally done. The cabling from the antenna to the TV is very neat. That took pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

It's not often that you have a couple of young men show up on time, work hard until the job is finished, not hear a cross word or grumble about the work, not use course language, respect me as the customer and work hard to make me happy, and all with a good attitude. That's what I found with Tyler and Chase. I couldn't have been more pleased with them. The quality of materials was as expected and there were no short cuts. Highly recommend this company. I am 40+ miles from broadcast towers and am enjoying every minute of canceling cable.

Norm and his crew did an installation of a high tech TV antenna that allows me to pick up over 70 over the air channels on two TV's. Their workmanship was outstanding (all wires were securely fastened and hidden from view). Previous installer ran wires on the roof and over gutters and visible along my siding). These guys dismantled all that poor workmanship and provided a clean and highly professional installation that looks wonderful. My new antenna works great and they made sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with the results before they considered the job complete. Would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend this company to my friends.
