"Ken was outstanding from the first phone call . He explained my different options that I had to have the generator run boiler ,refrigerator , well pump etc..... He went out of his way to meet me at a time that was convenient for me since my work schedule was hectic . "Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
