While opening up the box to my 65inch Tv Carl found that it was defected. Carl offered to take it back to Walmart and switch it out for me, he didn’t have to do that but he did and it was no problem for him! He sure enough went to Walmart and was able to make the switch and brought me back a NEW TV. He was very pleasant to have and I would hire him again!!!"

The old bolts didnâ t fit the new TV so he had to make a trip to the hardware store to get the correct ones. The new TV looks great on the wall above my fireplace mantle.
