I contracted with Thomas Fence in mid September to install a wood fence. After two months of no contact from them, I tried to reach them by phone and email. I received no response. As a result, I reported Thomas Fence to the Better Business Bureau and posted online reviews advising people not to do business with Thomas Fence. The owner, Anthony, saw these reviews and finally contacted me. He was furious. He treated me very disrespectfully. He accused me of lying. He never accepted one iota of responsibility for the lack of communication. He completely lost his cool. He suggested that we part ways and I whole-heartedly agreed. However, he has refused to refund my hefty (50%) deposit. He has shown his true colors. I advise people not to do business with Thomas Fence.
