"First class operation all the way. Miles and Caleb were polite, personable and prompt. They had a very hard time disassembling the old boiler but were persistent and ultimately successful. They then made sure the new boiler was installed and working, even though that made for a very long day on their part. We are completely satisfied with the new boiler and their performance getting rid of the old one and installing the new one. We now have heat which is very welcome!"

"Excellent. I want to hire a "one man show" to do the work because I feel I get better craftsmanship that way. John isn't the greatest salesman, he didn't come with tons of brochures, etc. like another guy that also gave me an estimate. But he did fully explain the furnace options and what he would have to do and would like to do. And I was talking to the guy who was going to do the work so I know there wasn't going to be the "when are you going to do such and such and the installer replies that's not on my work order" things.
