Our electrical riser fell off the top of the meter box. It was a 90 degree day and we had a freezer and a fridge full of food. We needed resolution immediately. Made a request on Angi and within ten minutes Cannizzo Electric responded to the need. Initially I was told they would be out that afternoon to do the job. Shortly thereafter I got a call back saying they were able to reschedule the mornings work and the technician was on his way to the house. He arrived at 10 a.m. Great response time !!! The job was complete that afternoon with no complications. The worksite was left spotless. Thank you Vlad ! I reached out to Mike about an itemized bill and he walked me through my questions in a professional and caring manner. Everything about the work I had done was outstanding. From the estimator who came to see what I wanted done , Mike, to the electrician who did the work, Vlad, was great. Mike listened attentively to what I wanted , answered questions , and treated me as an individual, not just another job. He was quick to send me the estimate which was very reasonable. He also arranged the date of the work which was only a few days away. He let me know when I could expect the electrician to arrive and Vlad was right on time. He also listened carefully to what I wanted and where I wanted new outlets and completed the job in the time I was told, did an excellent job, and left the site better than before.I?d have him back in a second if I need anything electrical in the future. We have an old house and we were struggling to diagnose a problem that kept causing the power to go out in a couple rooms. The previous electrician gave up after an hour and suggested that we might need to rewire the whole house. The Cannizzo electrician was thorough and tested multiple areas in the house. He eventually identified and fixed the problem, which was just a loose connection in a junction box in the attic. The electrician did miss the first appointment, and had to reschedule, but the owner was apologetic and professional. He explained that 2 employees had called in, which happens. I just would have liked a little more notice so I wasn’t sitting around waiting.

It has been difficult to find a good electrician and we had a great experience with Cannizzo Electric. Their technicians were on-time, courteous, and professional and their work was done neatly and expediently. The price was great for the amount of work we had done.
