"They came as promised, did a quick job cutting and grinding the trees with their huge machine and cleaned up afterwards. I gave 4.5 stars overall instead of 5 only because after tree stump grinding the wood chips were not raked up smoothly. I had to spend a couple of hours raking them to improve the overall appearance. However I would highly recommend Upstate to anyone looking for tree service."

We made the mistake of paying in full before the job was complete. Once payment was made we would have to call him to find out when he planned on completing the job. A date would be provided, and then he would not show up. We?d have to call again, and again, and he finally showed up to do more work. There was one thing left for him to do, and again we?d call. This time he did not even bother to return our calls. Beware if you decide to hire."
