"Very well. 3-4 problem limbs were safely pruned and then hauled away. The 3 man crew was courteous, efficient and after the cuts, other than the new sunlight, one could not even tell they were here. All done on a Sunday afternoon when I had felt I was in dire need to get the offending limbs cut down ASAP. A dreary morning ended the day as a bright day for me all because of the professionalism and efficiency of Ralph and his tree company “Down Right Tree Experts”. The crew of three came, at the time they said they would, evaluated the situation, discuss everything with me, got my permission, and completed the work safely, neatly and effectively. The cost to me I thought was fair and reasonable. The crew cleaned up and carried all parts of the pruned tree limbs away for disposal. One would never know that they were even there. Because of the respect, fair cost and the total satisfactory of the job completion, I would consider hiring this company again!!"
