Then I obtained three proposals for the jobs. One was ridiculously high. The lowest was based on a cursory inspection and accompanied by legalese language mentioning that the initially quoted price was subject to change, that a lien could be placed on the property, etc. I selected JJ&Kâ s proposal. It was based on a thorough inspection, and the price was in line with my expectations. Alfredo Oleasâ team was professional and courteous. They did what I would consider a quality job.
