Setting up appointment was easy. Arrived on time and very professional. Went through options, provided an estimate and was flexible. Did a DIY project and did not hire them for the work.

First the sales person who came over was great. I have interviewed many insulation contractors and didn't trust any. I felt like they were always trying to take advantage. Alex was the opposite. He was honest and straightforward. After I hired them, they send a company to blow in insulation into my attic. The crew was meticulous, and very neat. They took precautions by covering everything in plastic. After they were done, they left everything spotless and showed me everything that they did and made sure I was satisfied. Before they left, they got me on the phone with their manager to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The representative came , gave his estimates. In a few days a crew arrived and did the job.

Nothing stands out as being bad, everything went smoothly. They had good customer service.

I went down to their store and verified if they do insulation for insulation and they did. They don't actually do, its the sub-contract they have. They got in touch with the sales representative and got in touch with me all in matter of a day. They came up and explained what they could do and what my options were. They got it done and found out what I wanted and they came up with two different prices. One for the covered part and one for the part they just had to blow in. They set up an appointment with the sub-contractor and even he was there within two days right on time. As for the prices goes its hard to say as I didn't find anybody else to the job. They are some people working right now they trying to put the stuff back which we had to take out of the attic and all the stuff we had in stored they are putting it back. We even had a nother snow here and you can tell the difference in their work, as we are not losing heat to the attic like we used to. I will use them in future.

The person they sent out for the estimate gave me a ridiculous quote. He said it could not be repaired by simply putting new beams underneath. He wanted to rip out the entire deck and replace it entirely. This was the same thing another company told me. It turns out I found a third company that replaced the beams underneath and now the deck is as good as new. I only paid $2500 for the repair versus the $18000 Home Depot wanted. I guess they thought I had a lot of money to spend.

The quality of the rug was excellent and all the people we dealt with, from the people in the store through the installers were great, kind and helpful. The installers did a great job cleaning up and even vacuumed the area. We are very pleased with this experience.

THEY SHOWED UP TO REPAIR MY WASHER ON TIME. ON THE OTHER HAND AFTER WE FOUND OUT THAT THEY COULD NOT REPAIR THE WASHER IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR THE NEW ON TO BE DELIVERED. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS. OVERALL THEY WERE OK.

THEY INSTALLED A FLAWED SCREEN ON MY DOOR. THE FACT THAT THEY HAVEN'T REPLACED THE FLAWED SCREEN WOULD BE THE ONLY PROBLEM, BUT OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH HOME DEPOT. THE SERVICEMAN WHO INSTALLED THEM WAS VERY GOOD. HE HAD A NICE ATTITUDE AND WAS QUITE PROFESSIONAL. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE BLAMED THE DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY PEOPLE, WHICH IS FINE, BUT THE FACT THAT IT HAS TAKEN THEM SO LONG TO FIX ISN'T.

I APPRECIATED THE ATTITUDE OF HOME DEPOT, AND I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY THOROUGH WHEN WE DISCUSSED THE DETAILS OF CHECKING AGAINST THE INVENTORY LIST, AND FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED DURING SHIPPING.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AND FIX A FEW THINGS, BUT OVERALL IT WAS GOOD WORK.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN CREATING THE BATHROOM THAT I WANTED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND ASKED IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

HOME DEPOT PROVIDED US WITH VERY SATISFACTORY PRODUCTS. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE RETAIL SERVICES AND INFORMATION ON REMODELING WAS GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL.
