Ivan and his crew, are very kind, respectful and dedicated. My house was not a simple one. Many custom cuts to fit the detailed exterior. Love the color of our siding, we chose Hunter green. It pairs well with our beautiful brinks. Ivan greeted me with a smile and grace, even though I have OCD, and would notice every detail. I am very happy to give 5 star, but I believe they deserve more. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so I added more!!

Gutter Repair and Replacement
WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer. We used Home Genius to replace 6 old, inefficient windows. Chuck sold them to us for a great price, set very reasonable expectations and managed the project flawlessly. Chris and his crew did a great job at installation and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

WINDOWS - Please make sure to not fall for the "this price is only valid for today", please shop around as this company is over charging and lying to customers. I was very much trap into using this company because I did fall for the "only good today price" and when I wanted to get out they very much sweet talk me into staying. They told me that they never contract out but they DO. You best buying windows directly from manufacturer and then contracting someone to come install for you (will be way cheaper) I am paying 10k more than average price (yes, this is due to my ignorace and for falling into the pressure they put on you when they say its a good price for today only). I hope this review could help someone avoid this company go make a smarter decision.

My old roof was removed and new roof was installed without issue, all within one day! The service experience itself was terrific. It’s a premium product, but definitely comes with a premium price as well though- which should be a major consideration for anyone thinking about using them over “the other guys”. We are very happy with the roof overall though and the team was extremely professional.

Not so good; guy with power washer came first and was in a hurry and didnt do a good job. Painters came in and finished cleaning but again were in a hury to get it done. kept having to show them areas they missed or sprayed house paint on exterior trim. Slammed a ladder against the wall so hard that it knocked a wall clock off the wall inside the home. Manager did not come to review work.

I hired Home Genius to put new siding on my house and replace all my windows. Joe and Jon were very professional and very accommodating. Even when a medical emergency came up in the middle of the project they went out of their way way to make sure my aunt was OK even texting after the job was done to ask about her. I would highly recommend them. They are easy to work with, very professional, friendly and the quality of the materials was unsurpassed. Even the clean up at the end of the job was impeccable.
