     We actually got three quotes before choosing Van Dusen.  The sales people from Van Dusen were not pushy, yet they were easy to get an appointment with and did show up on the date that was set.  However, they were a little late for the first appointment and due to the fact it had gotten dark, had to reschedule and make a second appointment with us.  They did apologize for this and stated it was due to being held up at another job.  The ladies in the office were very helpful too and when it came down to time to schedule Shannon really took her time with me to answer some more questions and then gave me her personal phone number for follow up if I had any other questions.  I also spoke to Cheyenne in the office several times during all this and found her to be extremely helpful.

     The team showed up on our scheduled installation date as planned.  There were about 15 or so guys on the team all dressed in matching t-shirts.  They worked all day and everyone seemed very friendly and focused on their tasks.  The whole process seemed very organized.  They removed all items that we had outside in the lawn, garden, and deck areas away from the house and covered the flowers and plants.  The clean up was remarkable and ongoing.  I saw a person make several trips around the house with a large magnet.  We haven't found a single nail even in the garden areas to date.  When they were finished, the foreman showed us what they had done and he explained with the pictures he had taken on his cell phone all of the process with removing the old roof, putting on new sheets of plywood, and adding a new roof vent.  I liked that he was going to send me copies of the pictures.  I haven't received them yet, but I plan to follow up with him soon to get them.  Only a few days after the job was done, we had a VERY heavy rain storm.  We were relieved that there were absolutely no leaks and all has been fine to date.

      One nice final gesture from this company was that a couple weeks or so after the roof was done, we received a nice little basket of baked goodies from them.   

       Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Van Dusen and would definitely use them again, as well as, recommend them to our friends and other people.
