CNY Home Renovations Inc. is a family company based in the Syracuse, NY area. We have a combined 30+ years of experience and knowledge together, to form a thriving company who strives for perfection. We are honest, trustworthy, and the customer is our main focus. We pride ourselves on being our best on and off the job. Our motto is, "We say what we do and we do what we say". Being a home remodeling company, we do everything from the roof to the basement, and everything in between, including heating and air conditioning (HVAC)! We had a great experience with Josh on our bathroom remodel. He had great advice and ideas on how to get the job done quickly and professionally. They installed a high quality cabinetry at a very reasonable price, their workers were professional, friendly and were able to fix every little problem that we encountered during the remodel. These guys are the best! They work quickly and did such an amazing job installing new flooring, bathroom countertops vanities & many other odds & ends! TERRIBLE JOB. This company is being investigated by the NY Attorney General. Over a year of trying to get this con artist to fix several issues he admitted to and assured me would be corrected. Would make an appointment with me to come, and never show. I will leave reviews everywhere to warn homeowners to BEWARE of Josh Smith and his company. Absolute nightmare.
