"Josh did a great job installing luxury vinyl tile throughout our kitchen bathroom and hallway. He was a perfectionist. Taking whatever time was necessary to make each joint just right. Of course, he had all of the necessary saws, tools and special equipment needed to do an exceptionable job. Josh was knowledgeable about installing floors and came with previous experience. I highly recommend Josh and look forward to hiring him again, myself."

"Unfortunately cannot recommend this time around. Floors are not good. Never came back to fix anything after I paid him in full. Many calls and text messages to Marty have gone unanswered. Hired Marty and team for big refinishing job in a vacant, fixer upper 1,700 sq ft. After removing carpets, he discovered some wood badly damaged. Marty suggested painting and covering up floors with LVP instead of restoration. I had to ask the professional if he could remove damaged wood and patch in new. He did not use wood bleach to lighten stains, balked when I suggested it. The floors appear 'dry'. He said he used 3 coats but there are some areas of the floors where mop water soaks right in. There are gaps in between the boards that did not get filled with poly but then they filled in random gaps with putty. There's no consistency. There were many wood chips sealed into the poly. I found a staple left in the floor and polyed over. They cut new wood around cabinets in the dining room and left the old wood underneath (this is the biggest headache I have to fix now that the cabinets are removed). I know a lot of effort was put into the job but overall, for the price I paid, the results are unsatisfactory and the unanswered calls and texts make it even worse."
