Bryan is a jewel!  He is very professional, punctual and courteous. He responds to phone calls immediately (I had to reschedule my appt. because of illness) and arrives when he says he will.  He patiently answered many questions I had as I am not well schooled in computers.  As soon as I compile another list of questions I will definitely be calling for another appt.  He even helped me with the IPad.

Bryon was professional but friendly. He set up several items for me, ie: a second printer, my tablet, set up my WiFi. He checked out my PC as it had become quite sluggish. He said he could upgrade it to where it would be much faster. I also had the option to upgrade to Windows 10. I was very happy to hear that. He took my PC, said he would return on Sunday and sure enough he was true to his word. He set it back up, helped me navigate a little as it was so new to me. My PC is so much much faster, everything else works perfectly and I love it. He is now my new Computer Tech.

Brian is a great guy, quick to respond and aware of costs and does not try to sell you services/things you don't need.  I am technically challenged and lost when it comes to computers and gadgets in general.  Brian has come to my rescue many times, checking my devices for proper virus protection, updates, unwanted downloads and other problems.  He is fast to respond and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.  He does not talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable about my lack of knowledge, he is sincere, honest and affordable.  I have used his services many times and recommended him to friends.
