"Mark called within two minutes of posting my problem. Explained about a small valve leak with John arriving about the scheduled time. Problem was checked out with reasonable quoted price that was accepted. John started the replacement valve yet the copper line had a hair line crack. A different line was used & another valve. The old valve was a 90 degree shut off where the new valve is a turn faucet because of the type of line. A total of three men did the replacement. They explained each segment of the replacement.
