He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. It was technically a holiday so I have them the benefit of the doubt and called to see what happened. No apology, just a vague "they must have messed it up in the office." I believe people deserve a second chance so I made another appointment for two days after that. I asked him three separate times if the appointment was confirmed and he said yes. Well, now it's an hour after the appointment time and he has not arrived, nor called to indicate he is running late. While it seems like some people had a positive experience when they actual show up, it shouldn't be this hard to get someone to come to an appointment they have made."
