He's very good, he came when he was suppose to come, he's very clean, he cleans faster and take the garbage out.

I had dealt with this plumbing company twice before, prices were a bit higher than other plumbers, but it went ok. This time I tried to call them on Sunday noon due to an emergency of leaking for my rental property, someone Picked up the phone telling me they can't come on Sunday but will try to help on Monday. I told them I would call them again on Monday. As leaking is bit urgent, I had someone else to take care of the issue on Sunday later afternoon. On Monday morning I call Carmine that the issue was fixed and do not need it. The guy who picked up my call was really rude, and question "You don't cancel your appoint? DON'T CALL US AGAIN!" I was shock to hear that. We just talked about the leaking on Sunday and Carmine couldn’t help on Sunday, which is ok. But this kind of poor unprofessional customer service make me so disappointed and they even don’t remember what happened to the customers and answered in such rude manner. I so disappointed. It seems they care about their business and money more than customers.

AWFUL experience. Fact: This company is A rated with over 350 Reviews, mostly positive. Fact: My boiler was malfunctioning and wouldn't stop running. Fact: Prior to their visit I installed 2 different thermostats thinking that was the problem. Fact: They visited my unit on 1/30/19 and after 90 minutes of diagnosing, decided I needed a new thermostat. Fact: I was charged $200 for the visit and thermostat. Fact: The boiler malfunctioned again. Fact: They came out again and refused to do any additional work because attempts were made to get the unit running again (I replaced the expansion tank) as we waited for their return visit (tenant had no heat or hot water). Fact: Both the tech and someone who answers the phone at the office said something to the effect, how are we supposed to make money if you fix your problem, as they stood next to a malfunctioning boiler and after I explained to them I had to try and get heat to my tenant while we waited for them. Fact: I would never use this firm again and if I were asked, I would offer my OPINION to the person asking, to not use them either.

These guys responded quickly, and Carmine Jr. was honest, upfront, and did great repair work. It wasn't inexpensive, but that's the nature of the repair and not their fault. I'll definitely hire them again.

Carmine Jr. fixed the issue in a short period of time; checked extensively if everything was taken care off + recommended next steps in regards to cleaning, including a recommendation for a cleaning company. It should be noted that shoe covers etc. were used; very professional. Net, I have found the company for any plumbing or sewage issues going forward! Excellent work!

Quickly assessed the problem. Replaced two vales and refilled the boiler with water. Process took a bot more than an hour.

Generally speaking the work performed was positive. Ben snaked both toilets and removed some towels and thankfully resolved the problem I thought the price was a bit on the high side, but really can't be sure. I would call the service again.

He never showed up for the appointment.

Really awesome plumber. Prompt, professional, competent. Thank goodness. It took me 2 years to find a good plumber, not sure why but now things are looking up. There was a clogged toilet in the kids' bathroom. I had originally called another company; they said they fixed the problem but didn't fix it, and then refused to come back. Vin from Carmine P. Aumenta came the next morning and actually fixed the problem: a plastic pony that my 4 year old tried to flush down the toilet. Will definitely call again in the future.

Great....I spoke to a real person on the phone on Sunday and they were there on Monday first thing because they wanted to make sure that they could get the job done before the big snow storm. No discussion of payment options before their goal was to get the job done and make sure that the tenants were safe.

On a search for a plumbing company on Angie’s list I started by distance radius from the house location. Out of my results Carmine Plumbing stand out immediately… 11 years on Angie’s list, certified and awarded, and the number of reviews compared to other companies. Carmine was the one who answered the phone and was super polite. We were able to make an appointment for the estimate very quickly, two days after original my phone call. The job, some plumbing on concrete slab which was no little job, got done on the same day of the visit for estimation. The plumber was polite and professional, the job was well done and fast, and the price was fare for their quality of service. I am new here on Angie’s list but I could not skip writing a review to this company.

Ben came to fix it. Upon inspection, he told me that due to the age of the plumbing, the lead pipe could not be repaired. A full renovation with new plumbing was needed. My house is over 100 years old, and I agree with his assessment. I appreciate his honesty in turning down the job because he could not guarantee a reliable repair. He did not charge me for the visit.

The work went very well and I am very pleased with the outcome. Danny the plumber was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

The technician was very friendly. Upon first looking at the problem he initially thought it would be big job where our wall would have to be broken into to fix. After looking at the problem and thinking about it. Turned out we just needed a bolt tightened. He went further and showed me how to maintain the faucet and steps I should perform each season to ensure we do not get frozen pipes. This should save us in the long run. We really appreciate the knowledge and help. Especially when it was a simple thing to fix.

This is the second time that we hired the company. We are satisfied with the service performed. The technician came on time and the job was done quickly. Will hire again definitely.

Carmine and sons did a fantastic job replacing a boiler in a less than ideal location. In my building's mechanical room of 12 boilers, mine is the shining example of how plumbing should be done. A year later still working great. Would definately recommend Carmine and use again.
