Anthony quoted me a price after I sent him a picture of what pipes I wanted to be replaced. He showed up on time and showed me what the problem was before he went to work. He was professional and courteous and pleasant, he knows what he is doing I would definitely hire him again

There are 3 jobs included in the quote. $1500 is for labor & material (fittings/plastic tubing), radiator was purchased by the client. 1. Replace outdoor faucet 2. Install radiator 3. Install a waterline for the new fridge/water dispenser. Anthony did job #1 and #2 well. However job#3 has problems. Water flows very slowly, which prompted me to research and discovered that the joint used (saddle type) is prohibited in NYC & NYS, as it is prone to leaking and causes reduced flow, a non-permanent solution according to code. Instead of running the water tubing between the floor joists and up the wall, Anthony drilled the floor and ran the plastic tube out of the cabinet and to the back of the fridge. This may be a quick shortcut, but it left the tubing exposed & prone to being pulled. Looking at the hole created in the ceiling, one may also conclude that this job was done in rush. After Christmas, I tried to contact Anthony to schedule a time to fix the joint. After 3 days, Anthony returned the call. He said that the word "code" was scaring him. Instead of listening, Anthony made quick assumptions and yelled. He then hung up, when I asked "Will you let me speak?". I gave Anthony a couple days to cool off before politely texting back to give him a chance for resolution. There's no response. Anthony gave one of the highest quotes, but his appeal of being a small business and ensuring client's satisfaction is why I hired him. The resolution I'm seeking for is a replacement of the saddle-type with a standard T-joint. This is a very reasonable & minimal request, considering the high quote and the condition we were left. This could have been a good project and review, it is unfortunate.

I found Anthony through Angies List. I needed someone to check out a leak in my basement originated from the 1st floor bathroom. Anthony came quickly and inspected both my tub and basement ceiling. He immediately told me what the problem was and what needed to be done. He was very thorough with the entire process and very prompt. Job took two days. He was very professional and courteous. You can tell he’s good at what he does he identifies the problem instantly. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a plumber.

Bathroom faucet installation

Anthony is exceptional at his work. He knows right away what needs to be done when you explain the problems. He's also a straight shooter with you on what to do with larger problems to ensure you're using your money properly on how to fix them, which I can appreciate in someone who is thinking more of the well-being of the person/family and their future at that home. I would definitely hire him again for future plumbing matters.

He struck me as a shady operator and after my second encounter with him, I had no trust in him and told him goodbye. I hired a neighbor's recommended plumber who promptly repaired the radiator valve and one sink. Awaiting parts for the other jobs.

I have used him on two separate jobs....Anthony returned my calls promptly and came within an hour for an estimate. He explained what was going to be done and provided a quote. The water dispenser & ice maker installation required drilling & running a hose to the sink. He drummelled the ceramic floor and then ran the tubing. Anthony also placed a decorative piece of molding to hide & secure the tubing. The work was precise, neat & beyond professional. I have already recommended him to family & would not hesitate to use him again.

Anthony is an amazing person. He was early and very knowledgeable. At first he didnt think he could do the job because it was a very unusual and difficult thing to do due to the weird connections on my portable dishwasher. He said he has never refused a job, took a minute to think about it and got right to work. He did a fantastic job and we have had no issues so far with the plumbing. 1st fl toilet pipes repaired in basement. 2nd fl toilet problem had never been properly repaired by 3 previous plumbers I called. Anthony and asst Hector, assessed the problem and were able to fix the pipe problem that was driving me crazy. Their professionalism and knowledge was impressive. I expected to have a huge hole in the ceiling, but they were able to just make a small opening to get to the pipe. They were punctual, worked fast and clean, and I will definitely use them again.

My experience with Anthony and Laaja Multi Service Pipping was excellent. As a new homeowner, and having inherited an older family home with lots of home-made touchups, any sort of plumbing, electrical or "hard" issue with the house terrifies me. You can imagine the state of panic I descended into when my kitchen sink started leaking on New Years Day while my house was filled with guests. Fortunately, Anthony came to the rescue. Not only was he patient enough to coordinate with both myself and my tenants in order to schedule the earliest date and time possible, he was dedicated to providing honest service and even came back TWICE to run tests between floors before diagnosing the problem and charging me (I had a second plumbing issue that spanned multiple floors). Additionally, he broke down his work and explained his charges and his decisions which made me feel very comfortable. Overall, an A++ experience. Quality people and services can be very hard to find, but I am happy to say that I have found a local, skilled, honorable professional in Anthony and Laaja Mutli Service Pipping.

He gave an honest assessment of the situation. She was very professional and punctual. Did not overcharge. I will definitely use them again.

Anthony was prompt however I found the initially quoted price of $350 to replace a faucet a bit steep. We settled on $300 which was slightly better but I still thought a bit steep for the work done. It took less than a hours worth of time given that I had previously purchased the faucet.

Anthony was awesome! He always responded quickly to callbacks and showed up on time for appointments. He was very friendly and also gave tips of remedies to improve our house. The job for the whole two-family house was done beautifully as well as quickly (within a few days). we also had a leak later on from a pipe, to which he came very quickly to fix. Anthony was wonderful. I called him in a panic because Home depot dropped off a dishwasher and although they were supposed to install it claimed it was too complicated. I had taken the day off from work and there I was with the new dishwasher and old one. It was a Friday and Anthony calmed me down over the phone and said he would make me his last stop of the work day. He text and called when he was on his way and arrived almost the exact time that we discussed at 9 am. He went above and beyond to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. He had issues with the hose that was provided by home depot but did not give up on me or say he needed to come back Monday. He completed the job tested to make sure everything worked properly and did not charge me anything extra than the originally quote he gave me. A complete gentleman, I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and clients. Thank you so much Anthony.

We discovered a hole in one of the pipes under our kitchen sink - and on a holiday! Anthony responded immediately, said he'd be over in an hour to an hour and a half (which he was) and he and his assistant Eric promptly and expertly replaced all the pipes after consulting with us to describe the problem (the other pipes had also deteriorated over the years and were ready to sprout leaks as well, something I had also noticed when examining the first leaky pipe). Finding an honest plumber is rare - finding one who's skilled, courteous and cost-effective is nearly impossible; but Anthony is all of these things. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and he receives my strongest recommendation!
