"He was very knowledgeable in our system. The previous company hadn't changed the batteries in many years we thought the beeping noise was a big problem and a major repair. It turns out it was old batteries. He explained they should be changed every 3 to 4 years the batteries were almost 10 years old."

"The two men who replaced the door arrived exactly on time. They concentrated on their work, attended to details and answered all our questions. When done, they cleaned up using a vacuum cleaner, removed the old door and all other debris. The door is situated well and looks nice. A short time after the men left, Mr. Bologna, the company owner, called to ask how things had gone. A few hours later, we detected what seemed to have been some cold air coming through a spot or two in the door frame.
