"First they evaluated the doors and gates needed, and installation challenges. Then about 7 weeks later they returned and installed a screen door, a new vinyl window, a window gate designed to accommodate an air-conditioner and a security door. It went well, they dealt with the idiosycracies of my house, the gentleman who came and measured and gave me the bid and the two young men who did the installation were all professional, helpful and nice. 
My only dissatisfaction is that the security door, which comes with glass (for winter) and screen (for summer), only came with a single (1/2) screen!  For a thousand dollar plus door!  I was a little surprised, as every security door I've ever had always had a top and bottom screen. Somehow I did not understand this. But I will go to Home Depot and make my own half screen. So just make sure you know exactly what you are getting for the price. But, again, the installation guys did a good job and left my home in good shape.

I wanted to add: because of the installation of the casing around the door they had to reinstall my old doorbell. The man did a fine job, but a few days later the bell began to ring late at night. I was able to "uninstall" it, but I left the wires loose, and called them them the next day for advice. Valentino was great; he came TWICE; first to advise me, and then came back the following week to install a NEW doorbell!  He made sure everything was working, this was beyond the scope of the project and he generously provided his help to make sure I was happy, and did not charge me for it!  Great follow up!!!"
