A short time after the men left, Mr. Bologna, the company owner, called to ask how things had gone. A few hours later, we detected what seemed to have been some cold air coming through a spot or two in the door frame. When we called and left a message for Mr. Bologna he returned our call in about ten minutes. He said that he would come over tomorrow to repair whatever needed fixing. He have no doubt that he will do so. Overall, it was a good experience dealing with Mr. Bologna and the two installers."

Coordination with the other members of the team (masonry, electrician) went well and was timed well.  Project was on time and completed on time.  All workers worked well and displayed a high level of skill for their trade.
