As in many projects unforeseen challenges arose. Ishmael explained patiently the options, experimented with possible solutions and ended up delivering a beautiful home. After the project was done, there was a slight question of aesthetics and whether we made the right choice. Ishmael came over the weekend and worked for hours, with no charge(!) to reverse that decision and implement a different solution.
