"I knew that I needed and wanted the floor (living room / dining room combo) to be refinished, but exactly what I wanted to do was the question. Rey came in and broke down the steps that were going to happen so that I understood the process and was clear on how long it was going to take. I was very concerned with the sanding process but there was hardly any dust. I was shocked! I was undecided with the color (I knew I wanted natural but was unsure with so many tints available) Rey sanded the floor being careful to remove the baseboards and the moldings so they wouldn't be damaged. He did a coat of amber which just slightly tinted the floor without leaving it pale natural or too yellow. He then gave me the option of putting an additional coat but I loved it so much we left it. He added the top layers (sealants) and carefully put back all the molding. I can very confidently recommend Defender Flooring.
