The experience I had with Rey was amazing. He was super helpful with all the extra work I requested (finding a Dumpster company and some repair work). The cost is relatively reasonable; everything in NYC is generally expensive, so I wouldn't say it's cheap, but he has done everything he can to lower the cost for me. The result is fantastic, the floor feels and looks perfectly clean! I highly recommend Rey (Defender Flooring) if you are looking for a professional cleaner.

Rey responded to my request for a quote quickly to refinish our floors. When he came he was very professional and listened to what I wanted done. When I asked questions he was very patient and explained everything so I understood. I was impressed with his work posted on his IG and asked him to put a few diff samples down to see how it would look in person before I committed to a color. His time estimate for the project was on target. He communicated with us during each day of the project. At the end he explained how to maintain/clean the floors. He really went above and beyond ensuring we were happy with the product—which we are! The floors look great. I highly recommend Rey and his team for refinishing old wood floors. He is a genuinely nice guy and plan on using once we are ready to do the bedroom floors.

We hired Defender a couple of years ago to install a floor in our old house and didn’t think twice about using him again for our new one. All I want to say is thank you so much for the immaculate finishes project .  No words can describe how much I?m appreciated of the work that was done . I thought it was going to be impossible to be fix due to the heavy per stain , warped flooring  and to match exact coloring that I wanted .  Rey and his team assisted me in my doubt and reassured me that I will love the outcome. The result prove the quality of they do is amazing . The work was done in the exact time frame that I was promise . The team assisted me in moving heavy furniture I couldn?t do it alone and replacing it back to where it had to go. After the work was done my house was left better then how I had it.
