"I wanted to have this done in a shorter timeframe. He had an employee paint our stairway. Unfortunately, the guy didnâ t do a good job. I could see through the paint. It definitely needed a second coat. I called the owner and he said he would come and paint it himself. He was working other jobs inside and outside so the weather dictated where he could work.
