"1) Quality: During his first visit Court began with a careful examination of our house and the pond that now provides heat in winter and air conditioning in summer. He walked through the basement examining the current installations and then came to the dining room to discuss his ideas. He had a large volume of pictures from many previous geothermal installations, some very much like ours. There is a quiet professionalism to Court that is so much better than salesmanship. His final design includes extra protections, and elegant features. For instance, this winter the furnace heats all our domestic hot water with otherwise wasted heat generated by the compressor. He accurately predicted the overall savings this system brings compared to our oil and coal furnaces. I was amazed in the end how reasonable our total bill was for such a large installation. 4) Overall Impression: Court and his partner are professionals who know precisely what they are doing and get it done. I couldn't be happier with this heating-cooling pond-thermal system and the process that brought it to us."
