They take care of all the details, like moving furniture, picking up the supplies, and cleaning up on completion. They come when expected and complete all the work as contracted to do. I wanted to have this done in a shorter timeframe. He had an employee paint our stairway. Unfortunately, the guy didnâ t do a good job. I could see through the paint. It definitely needed a second coat. I called the owner and he said he would come and paint it himself. He was working other jobs inside and outside so the weather dictated where he could work. It took longer than we anticipated but heâ s finishing the job himself.

Bill was quick to respond. Communicates well and sets expectations and keeps them. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to all the little details. He noticed the problem with why our walls kept popping and adjusted the materials he would use. He also tackled our adding our trim work that needed to be done as well. He likes to tackle other things than painting and has taken on several other jobs for us like repairing our front porch where it was rotting. He also raised our kitchen cabinets for us and has taken on a huge project of replacing our stairs and railings inside the house. You will not be sorry you hired Bill Rossi. He is reasonable and fair in his rates and easy to work with. I could not give a higher recommendation!

We were preparing our home for sale but had some old water damage to the plaster ceiling in a bedroom. After reaching out to several local contractors with no response, Bill answered the phone and the rest is history! #1, he is friendly, personable and cares about his work. #2, he does great work and is upfront and honest and #3, he charges a fair price! After the sale of our home & purchase of our new home, we enlisted Bill's services again for a rather large interior paint job. He prioritized the work so that we could set up the most important rooms first and then came everything else. I'm a hands on homeowner so I had many great conversations with Bill over the course of many weeks & gained some good knowledge. Would recommend him and his services to anyone without hesitation.

Water damage left our ceiling with a 6 inch hole to be repaired before the ceiling could be painted. Bill did a great job plastering, then painted the ceiling within a tight time frame for us. Great work from a friendly craftsman.
