"Was supposed to arrive around 8:30am. Did not happen. Had to call the shop to find out the delay and was told there was extra paperwork on Mondays so the serviceman would be late. He arrived about an hour later. Maybe schedule appointments to accommodate the paperwork? We had a dimmer switch in our dining room that was not working properly. Steve replaced the switch with a regular switch and installed a lighting fixture in the ceiling. He was very friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. We will most likely be using this company again. "

"The guys from Aplus Services really helped us out. We liked them so much that we hired them to do our annual furnace maintenance too.
