Sparkling Cleaning

We have had no problem, they give excellent service. I like that some weeks they go above and beyond for things that I ask and are very meticulous with the work. I?m retired, and it really helps having someone I can trust. I?m able to leave them in the house when I?m not home and they?ll lock up after they finish.

I had them clean my home and in the bathroom there was still dust left and that was my last point of contact.

they worked very hard completing the job on time.  work was done beautifully!

Did a fine job cleaning... just didn't use my list.  1 girl instead of 2.  Left early before time finished.

I was very pleased.  At first I wondered how it would go as she seemed rather young.  Long story short, she did a very thorough job.  I will recommend this company based on the quality of this young lady's work and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when an extra set of hands is needed.

They worked with us to find a day that was convenient.  They spent four hours cleaning diligently, and did a very good job.

I had a good experience with Sparkle Cleaning. The pricing was reasonable.

A woman came out and looked around.  I told that I needed somebody to do a really good spring cleaning.  She wanted the money upfront.  My husband never should have done that.  She wanted the whole amount right then.  My husband has been sick for a long time and the house really needed a good cleaning because I have been taking care of him.  He has been in and out of the hospital and he is bedridden.  So, I just wanted somebody to come in and just clean everything from the ceiling down to the floor.  I have got to say that the house did look nice when they left.  I have a lot of birds and they are all powder beach birds so I got a lot of dust in my house.  They came in, they were four girls.  They went through, vacuumed and washed everything down.  I was happy about that, but I heard something crash and one of the girls came and told me that she had broken a wine glass.  I told her not to worry about that and I could replace it.  Then I heard something crash again and nobody came and said anything.  After they left I went out in the kitchen and the finish around the display on my stove had been scrubbed right off.  The paint was gone.  They used something on my stove that took the paint right off from around the display and it was not even a year old.  They had dropped something on the top of my stove because there was a dent in it.  So, I called and told her about the stove and the next day two people came.  One of them was one of the girls who cleaned and her husband I assume.  They came in and asked what was going on with the stove.  I told them that I would show them.  I told them that I didn’t know what she used but she took the paint off.  He told that he serviced stoves like that.  He said to just get a bottle of touch up paint and we would never even know it was like that.  I told them that something fell on the stove because there is a dent on the top of it and he said that we could see it and he said that he didn’t know what to tell about that.  I told them that I would worry about it later.  They laughed.  My husband  had a doctor’s appointment a couple of days later and when we came back and there was a message on my phone saying that the girl was here from sparkle cleaning and she couldn’t get in.  I was shocked.  I didn’t authorize them to come back.  I didn’t even have an appointment with them or I didn’t know what to comment so I just let it go.  She called me back and said that whether they were coming back here or what was going on.  I told her that I really didn’t want them to come back.  She asked my why, I told her that her girl made a mess of my stove and finished the job without finishing all the cupboards in the kitchen.  They were only here for three hours and I paid $500 for the service.  My husband has a lift chair in the living room and we haven’t been using it for a long time because it is done in bad.  We came out in the living room about a week after they were here and he raised the chair up.  Anything that was on the floor in this living room was under the chair.  They plopped it and put it all under the lift chair.  Every piece of paper and dirt was under that chair and I had to clean it up myself and she is yelling at me because I don’t want them to come back.  She asked me how she could make it right if I didn’t want them to come back.  I told her that I didn’t want her to make it right.  I told her that I didn’t say anything bad about her in the review it is just that I don’t want them to come back.  She told me that she knew when she met me.  My husband’s nurse was here at that time.  I was trying to help her with my husband and deal with this woman on the phone.  My husband was saying that he couldn’t believe that she was saying that to me because he could hear her over the phone.  She didn’t even come.  She sent somebody else to look at the stove and then she told me that I never told her that they didn’t finish the job.  I told her that I did tell her that and she said the next time they come they would have to do what didn’t get done.  When she called she told me that she gave me a big break on the price.  I didn’t even have them do my whole house.  They only did my living, dining room and kitchen.  I had to wait two weeks to get them here, but if they are busy I can understand that.  They didn’t really give me a time when they were coming.  I thought that they were going to be here around 9 o’ clock in the morning and they never showed up till 11.
