"Palmer electric installed a level 2 EV charger in my garage. After they did the wiring to the breaker box downstairs I realized my AC went out. I called an hvcac company luckily they came out and checked it just a few hours after Palmer left and turns out the motherboard on my furnace is now fried!! The owner of Palmer electric took 0 responsibility, saying that just because the furnace motherboard fried while the electrician was wiring the breaker doesn’t mean they are responsible. I had Smart Electric come out and analyze the job and they said Palmer should of taken accountability."

"This brilliant young electrician was a: good-natured godsend: in two hours he elegantly repaired a very dangerous problem that had started a fire and left us in the dark for days. It wasn’t a trivial job and he was at risk from a dangerous level of current. He had to run thick new wiring from meter to panel and coordinate same-day inspections. He made it look effortless, the mark of a skilled professional. As darkness fell, the main breaker was flipped and we escaped the dark ages: Internet, hot food, cellphones, security cameras, tv. I’m building a virtual shrine to him on our blog, with photos of his masterful work. How much did he charge? Not nearly enough. "

"Excellent! We had a pipe break after a winter storm and remodeled our house long distance from Florida. We were driving up to see the to see the near completed work and stay at our house. We needed our toilet installed, vanity installed and shower drain and nozzle hooked up. Jeff from JTECH arrived at the house at the appointment time and called us to let him in so he could do the work. We asked Jeff to please go right in , find the toilet, vanity and shower drain parts and to please install as we were on our way. Everything was installed perfectly. We also used JTECH to install our wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, bathroom light and storm door. All to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire Jeff from JTECH again!"
