Phase 1 was a full house renovation, master bath/bedroom, kitchen, dining/living, and great room. Tommy was a part of each phase which included a beautiful stone buildout in our great room, full replacement of windows, new flooring, cabinets & appliances, and a resort style bathroom. Phase 2 focused on exterior, new siding and gutters. Tommy’s attention to detail unlike any other contractor we had out for estimates and my wife loved his boutique like services at the final phase of the job, including bringing in a full cleaning crew. I will continue to recommend Tommy, and have recommended Tommy to a number of friends who all have high praises."

"Lou renovated my kitchen last year and I was completely satisfied. I called him back this summer to gut and remodel my bathroom. He was extremely considerate, and he treated my house as if it were his own. My house is small, and I only have one bathroom. The project took nine days. I was anticipating that there would be a big mess and a huge inconvenience. But even the demo was done very neatly and efficiently. Lou even took the time to re-connect the toilet each night so that I wouldn't be left without. Lou did an amazing job, and it was a pleasure working with him. Once again, I am pleased to recommend Lou for your kitchen or bath project."

"Originally, I had a great review because the finished work looked great and when I was able to, I didn't see any shortcuts as the team that was hired by the contractor (Mohamed) was there during the week while I was at work. It was good...contracts signed and lifetime warranty was signed of the life of the work. Who wouldn't be happy. Just 2-3 months after the project was completed, problems started to occur. The shower items had minor low flow because of the water that was coming in from the street. They came. Then the handle that held up the shower hand device malfunctioned, the toilet installed was having sealing issues, and the sliding door for the shower was jamming. It took some time for them to look into the issue but when they came, they patched the shower device or seal (later to find out, it was just in drywall with a wood screw on no wood), told me they won't fix the toilet, and shifted and patched the sliding door. I had to get these fixed on my own then the ceiling light they installed doesn't work. I will have to get this fix on my own. I am very disappointed as they gave me all smiles until the last payment then after it was like them visiting to fix the issues was a problem. Again, the problems start in under 3 months. Let me not start on the kitchen. All I have to say is if your were going to take shortcuts and use crappy material, why waste each others time. I have photos of all the problems as well as the contractor."
