"I canâ t thank Bradley enough for his outstanding, caring customer service and quality of work.. I chose Carpet Star from long distance, based on the 67 Five Star reviews he received from very satisfied customers, to clean the carpets in the home of my 88-year-old mother. Bradley told me, â Iâ ll take care of your Mother as if she was my own Grandmaâ . ð My mother couldnâ t have been more pleased with his thorough work, excellent results, great price, and nice personality. Thank you, Bradley! You have our highest recommendation."

I provide an affordable service and guarantee customer satisfaction. I am trustworthy, respectfull of ALL individuals and stay on schedule.

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"The quality of work was 10 out of 10. They leave the place clean and spotless. They were pleasant and well manner."

"It went fine and they did a great job."

"They were 10 minutes late but it was well worth it, I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch, ASA came with 2 cleaning girls, and they were awesome, you can tell that they knew what they were doing. House smelled like fresh lemon slices after they left, they also added 10% off too my weekly maid service account with them"

"Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job, as usual. We've used Ode's for everything from cutting down perilous branches in our yard to a complete home, garage, and yard clean-up. He gets back to us quickly, he comes when he says he's going to come, he works no matter what the conditions are, and he's got an eye and desire for perfection."

"My carpet looks new!! All spots removed! Work was done timely and very efficiently. Drying time was short. No residual odors at all. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning, and will use them in the future for some of the other services they offer!"

"Quick response, accomodated Saturday afternoon request, followed thru with phone call, arrived on time. Needed carpet cleaning and flea treatment. I think it worked...."

"Great service for a very reasonable price. Trimmed some very overgrown shrubs exactly as requested and did an excellent clean up. Committed to quality and customer satisfaction."
