Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Didn't know I had to pay taxes; never paid on other services.
Please confirm Angie's list policy of taxes.
Went to loo at work after paying; should have waited to pay but person was already outside ready to go.
Carpet was OK but the love seat never had been vacuumed underneath cushions (dirty) and never cleaned underneath.
Love seat had cushions all back in place while wet from cleaning.
I had to remove all the cushions and lean them up on floor to dry.
Very disappointed in service.
